1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the CloneE iOS application (“CloneE” or the “App”) and this website. CloneE is provided by the developer identified on the App Store listing (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Personal information we collect

We do not collect personal information through the App. CloneE does not require registration and does not operate a developer-controlled server that receives gameplay or profile data.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, browsing history, search history, health information, financial information, or similar personal information through CloneE.

3. Information stored locally on your device

CloneE stores a small amount of information locally so the game can remember your progress and preferences. This may include:

• your BEST score;
• 💯 CLUB achievement state, including which difficulty modes have reached 100;
• selected difficulty;
• mute preference;
• selected emoji;
• custom emoji added by a Premium user; and
• other small settings required to preserve App state.

This information is not uploaded to a CloneE-operated server. Local App data may be included in device backups according to your iOS and iCloud settings, which are controlled by Apple and by you.

4. Premium purchase and Restore Purchase

CloneE may offer an optional one-time Premium in-app purchase. Purchases and restoration are processed by Apple using StoreKit and the App Store.

We do not receive or store your payment-card number or banking details. Apple may process purchase-related information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. CloneE may ask StoreKit whether the App Store account currently has the Premium entitlement so purchased features can be unlocked or restored.

5. Sharing

CloneE may let you intentionally share game content using Apple’s system sharing interface. Sharing begins only when you choose the Share feature and select a destination yourself.

The app or service you choose to share with may process the content under its own privacy policy. CloneE does not control those third-party services.

6. Advertising, analytics, tracking and profiling

CloneE does not contain advertising, third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking technology used to follow you across apps or websites. We do not sell personal information and do not build advertising profiles.

7. Apple and platform services

The App relies on standard Apple platform services where necessary, including iOS, the App Store, StoreKit, system sharing, and related Apple services. Apple may process information required to provide those services under its own privacy practices.

8. Data retention and deletion

Because we do not receive or store your personal information on a CloneE-operated server, we do not maintain a server-side user record for you to delete.

Local CloneE data remains on your device until you reset it through an available in-app control, delete the App, or otherwise remove the App’s local data through iOS. The in-app Reset BEST control resets both the BEST score and 💯 CLUB achievement state. Deleting CloneE removes its local app container from the device, subject to backups managed through your Apple settings.

App Store purchase records are maintained by Apple, not by CloneE, and are subject to Apple’s own retention and account-management practices.

9. Your choices

You can choose whether to purchase Premium, whether to add custom emoji, whether to use Share, whether to mute the App, and whether to reset your BEST score and 💯 CLUB state. If you do not want CloneE to retain local game data, you can delete the App from your device.

10. Children’s privacy

CloneE does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. The App does not operate accounts, advertising, analytics, or a developer-controlled personal-data collection service.

11. Security

CloneE minimizes privacy risk by keeping gameplay data local and by not operating a server that receives personal gameplay data. Device-level storage and backup protections are provided by iOS and, where enabled by you, Apple services.

12. International processing

We do not transfer personal information to a CloneE-operated server in another country because we do not collect that information through the App. Apple services used for App Store purchases, restoration, device backups, or system functionality may process information internationally under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.

13. Changes to this policy

If CloneE’s data practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and the “Last updated” date above. If a future version adds a service that collects personal information, the policy and applicable App Store privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.
